Hello! I'm glad you found me on 7cups of tea. I believe that everyone deserves happiness in their life and everyone deserves to be free to who they are. I've overcome a lot in my life, from depression and anxiety to anorexia. As I was fighting my way through, I came to the realization that most of my battles were mental games, and that I was really just fighting against myself. I realized that if I had the right mindset I could really do anything. This opened my eyes to new opportunities and I became a generally happier person. I was able to rise above my hardships and conque my battles.
