Hello and welcome to Seven Cups of Tea! I'm so glad to be joining the team of listeners here. I've overcome my share of "stuff" and would like more than anything to be a helping hand to those in a tough spot. I have personal experience dealing with eating disorders (specifically anorexia), anxiety, and depression. I've come a long way in conquering these issues and would be more than willing to support you in any way I can.
