Hi there. My name is Elizabeth, and I'm a trained active listener. My hope is to let people know that no matter what their situation, they are not alone. Most of the issues listed here are ones I deal with myself on a regular basis, so I know what goes through the mind of someone who is experiencing anxiety/panic disorders, family stress, self harm, LGBTQ, chronic pain, or sleep disorders. Dealing with any one of these can be a scary and challenging process, and I hope that I can help you understand for yourself how to feel better. Sometimes all it takes to pull someone out of a dark place is a listening ear, and I hope to provide that.
