...See more Its been a while since i talked or presented something in front of a lot of people. Whenever i get on stage or if im put in a position where i have to present i get really nervous and starts trembling. My voice starts shaking and my hands start shaking and my mouth feels dry. Sometimes its too bad where i would feel like crying or just running away. Today i was asked to sing in front of my dad. And for some reason my heart rate went up and my voice started shaking. I felt like crying but i tried to calm myself down. Its probably because its been a while since i was put in that kind of a situation. But still this was too bad like it was just my dad. Talking to friends or people is not an issue for me. But when it comes to something like this where i feel like the other person is judging me or idk i get really nervous. Its like i have no control over my body. This has happened in school and college too. Where i would start shaking and my mouth would go dry making it difficult to speak. I want to get over this and be confident in myself to speak out. I need to know that i will be able to get rid of this.
