...See more I am spiraling into depression fast this week. I couldn’t get out of bed today and I couldn’t walk my dog. My standard coping mechanism was emotional eating which I am trying so hard not to do. I am so down with no way up. What are some coping mechanisms you use when you are falling hard? I can’t keep emotional eating as I’m on a weight loss shot that will make me sick if I eat crazy amounts of food.
