...See more Hello. I am a 20 something woman living in the US. I was referred to 7cups the other night in a moment of hopelessness. I struggle with a lot of things; anxiety, depression, trauma. But depression seems to be the worst of all of it these days. I've always struggled to make friends, so I don't have a great support network IRL. I've been nervous about talking to anybody on here, and have been focusing on the growth path. However, I feel like talking to somebody is what would be most beneficial for my mental health. Chatting one on one seems like a bigger step than I am able to make right now, so I figure I will start by just posting in the introductory thread. So...hi! I'm grateful to have been introduced to this site, and hope that I can eventually be in a good mental place to be able to chat with some of you.
