About

Feeling like you’re not yourself because of stress, pressure, anxiety, or any other reason is exhausting and uncomfortable. I’ve been helping people get unstuck in their lives and reach their goals for 10+ years. Sometimes people feel stuck because they’re not even sure of their authentic self or their goals in life, so clarifying this is often the first step. I don’t ever “fix” people, but help and support them in finding a path to achieving their goals in life.

Even though asking for help is often viewed as being weak, I believe you actually have to be pretty strong to do so and commit to change, because it can be difficult to do. I’ve helped some of the best Olympic and Professional athletes (and similar performers in other domains) learn to excel in life. Almost everyone feels stuck or not just themselves at times, regardless of how successful you seem from the outside. Taking advantage of a resource to get through this quickly and efficiently is just smart.

I see my job as helping you figure out meaningful goals and roadblocks to making them happen. I believe the most meaningful goals are ones related to how you want to be and feel on a daily basis (add those days together and you can check off a lot of boxes for achieving things). Together we’ll develop multiple options to get you where you’re going, so you can pick what works best for you. Developing your best self doesn’t have to be emotionally draining, some humor can help.

Talking with him made me realize a few things that wasn't directly related to what he said, more of like a tangent of thought but good enough for me. He's understanding too and I like that he rephrases my feelings, acknowledges it.
