Hi friends. I have a degree in Pastoral Care and Counseling. I serve in a mental health capacity as part of the workplace health and safety committee. I also provide attachment based coaching out of my Church. I have lived my whole life with ADHD and some of the comorbid conditions that entails, such as moderate depression disorder, general anxiety disorder. As of writing this I have been 17 years victorious over eating disorders. These experiences and the help I got really gave me a desire to give back. I am happy to provide you with peer support.
