...See more New here, I’ve been through *** — the kind that doesn’t leave visible scars but changes you forever. I’ve lived with crippling anxiety, the kind that makes breathing feel like a task. I’ve faced clinical depression, where even getting out of bed felt like climbing Everest with no ropes. There were days I didn’t recognize myself, and nights that felt endless. But I made it through. Not all at once. Not gracefully. But slowly, I stabilized myself. And I learned. Because mental illness teaches you things easy life never will — how to survive in the storm, how to sit with your pain, and how to rebuild with shaky hands but a braver heart. It toughens you. It deepens your empathy. It shows you what truly matters. And most importantly — it doesn’t have to be the end of your story. I’m not a therapist. Just a fellow traveler who’s crawled out of some dark tunnels. If you need someone to talk to, vent to, or just someone who gets it, I’m here. No pressure. No judgment. Just a message away.
