Hello! Whether you need support with life challenges and transitions, working through relationship concerns, managing difficult feelings, or healing from past experiences, I'm here to establish a safe, caring place in which I can learn more about you and help you develop greater capacity within and in your relationships and life.

I specialize in chats about breakups, relationship issues, and family issues. As someone with BPD and NPD, I am also especially interested in supporting all personality disorders. I also have autism, and I am interested in supporting neurodivergent individuals. However, I am open to all chats except those regarding sexual health.

🍓🍊⭐🌴🌵🌻🌺

A bit about me:

Self: I am personally navigating mental health issues with autism, borderline personality disorder (BPD), narcissistic personality disorder (NPD), CPTSD, and social anxiety. I am also navigating physical health issues with PCOS, leaky gut, forward head posture, and occasional insomnia. According to the Myers-Briggs assessment, I am INFJ-T. According to the Enneagram Test, I am 4w3. My Big 5 Personality Traits are low extroversion, moderate emotional stability, low agreeableness, high conscientiousness, and moderate intellect/imagination.

Relationships: I am the eldest daughter of a low-income, first-generation immigrant family in the USA. I am also the first grandchild on my mother's side and the second on my father's. I am the child of a father with undiagnosed autism, and I am a witness to childhood physical abuse of my brothers by my father. I grew up with a relative with cancer in my family, my maternal grandmother, to whom most of our care and resources were dedicated, leading to childhood emotional neglect. My mother has NPD/emotional immaturity, and my maternal grandfather has severe health-related OCD. I have also experienced prolonged bullying (from 3 children and 4 teachers) and have been in 4 unhealthy relationships (narcissistic abuse, codependency, microcheating). I have experienced many breakups in friendships, romantic relationships, and business partnerships.

Healing: However, I am proud of the life I have now built for myself. According to my psychiatrist, I no longer meet the criteria for BPD! I have overcome childhood pathological lying, maladaptive daydreaming, codependency, depression, anxiety, and suicidal ideation. Even with PCOS, I have successfully lost 18 pounds and am on my way to losing another 50. I have mostly overcome insomnia, consistently sleep 8+ hours a day, eat a healthy but fulfilling diet while maintaining portion control (I eat things like burgers, fries, and pizza daily, but only a few bites for satiety, while hitting my protein and fiber intake), walk 10,000 steps a day, and have a good relationship with my family members and supportive friends.

Future: I plan to be childfree and look forward to a life of stability and adventure. I previously worked in business but am now training to become a pediatrician. I love animals, plants, books, art, fashion, beauty, photography, poetry, philosophy, and travel, and will continue to explore these passions. I am blessed to have been given a fantastic education and have read over 3000 books. My favorite topics to read about include psychology, nature, travel, and great works of classical literature. I find peace and joy in my own company. Today, my life feels very full and vibrant!

Giving back: I am very proud of myself for the distance I have traveled and the healing I have done to get to where I am today. I wish the same for you.

Please don't hesitate to reach out if any of these issues I have experienced resonate. I will do my best to bring you some relief. 🌺🌴🐠🍍🦜

🧭 Strengthening My Inner Compass

...See more One of the most powerful inner skills in the IDG framework is the inner compass, that deep sense of direction we carry within us. It is our internal guide, helping us navigate decisions, relationships, and challenges with integrity and clarity. While the outside world is full of expectations, noise, and competing demands, our inner compass reminds us of what truly matters. It connects us to our core values, purpose, and the greater good. For a long time, I lived reactively—making decisions based on what others wanted, or what seemed urgent, instead of what felt right deep down. But the more I paused to ask, the more I wondered if this aligned with who I wanted to be. The more I began to recognize my inner compass and how often I had ignored it. A turning point was when I let go of a relationship and lifestyle that looked successful on the outside but felt deeply misaligned. I realized I was pretending to be someone I was not, trying to keep up with a fast-paced, high-powered world when I truly valued simplicity, honesty, and peace. Listening to that quiet but firm voice within helped me begin rebuilding my life with more authenticity. Now, I check in with my inner compass regularly by reflecting on questions like: What do I stand for? What kind of life do I want to build? What values are non-negotiable for me? Living aligned with my inner compass gives me peace, even when life feels uncertain. It does not mean I always know what to do, but it gives me a foundation to return to when I feel lost. I feel more grounded, honest, and fulfilled when I act from that place. 🧠 Reflection Questions: * What three values guide your decisions and give you direction? * When did you follow your inner compass, even when it was difficult? What did you learn from that experience?

🌍 Making Sense of Complexity: Practicing Sense-Making in Daily Life
IDG 7 Cups Hub / by StrawberryHufflepuff

...See more Sense-making is one of the most important skills we can develop to navigate the complexity of life, especially in a rapidly changing world. Within the Inner Development Goals (IDG) framework, sense-making refers to the active, ongoing process of interpreting information, connecting patterns, and building a shared understanding, individually and collectively. It helps us pause and think deeply about how our experiences, data, and challenges connect to larger systems and goals. This week, I’ve been thinking a lot about how often I move from one task to the next without taking time to reflect. With a chemistry exam and archaeology paper due soon, it would be easy to get stuck in “doing mode.” But instead, I want to ask myself how these tasks contribute to my growth, what patterns I’m noticing in how I learn, and how this connects to who I want to become. That pause between stimulus and response is where real insight happens. Sense-making also involves listening to others, asking questions, and building understanding across different viewpoints. This skill can help create clarity and connection in group settings, allowing people to respond more thoughtfully to shared challenges. 🧠 Reflection Questions: * How do you practice sense-making when life feels busy or overwhelming? * How can you pause this week to reflect on the meaning behind what you are doing? Let’s support each other in developing this essential skill for growth and impact!

🤝 True Collaboration: Growing Co-creation Skills

...See more Co-creation is one of my favorite IDG topics! Co-creation is more than teamwork. It’s about building something together in a space of psychological safety, mutual respect, and shared ownership. It’s the art of listening deeply, valuing everyone’s voice, and creating outcomes that none of us could have made alone. Strong co-creation skills require openness, humility, and trust. When we co-create well, we create not just projects, but community. We leave space for different ideas and allow collective wisdom to emerge. 🌱 Reflection Questions: * When was a time you co-created something meaningful with others? What made it an actual co-creative experience? * How do you help create a safe and inclusive space for co-creation in your own circles?

🔥 Inspiring Action: Practicing Mobilization Skills

...See more Mobilization skills are about inspiring others to engage in a shared purpose. It’s not just about leading or organizing—it’s about lighting a spark in others, helping them see why something matters, and guiding them to take meaningful action. Mobilizing doesn’t require a title or authority. It can be as simple as encouraging a friend, starting a community project, or being the voice that moves a group from intention to action. The most powerful mobilizers lead with empathy, clarity, and a deep connection to shared values. I used mobilization skills when I started a weekly peer support group after noticing many students felt overwhelmed. By sharing the vision and inviting others to help, I inspired a small team to spread the word and build a safe, supportive space. It showed me how mobilizing others around a shared need can create meaningful change. 🌟 Reflection Questions: * Have you ever inspired others to take action on something that mattered to you? What worked well? * What qualities make someone a compelling mobilizer in your eyes?

Does anyone have experience with a parent with autism?
Autism Support / by StrawberryHufflepuff

...See more I suspect my father has autism (undiagnosed) as he exhibits many symptoms. This has very negatively affected my childhood, as when he was overstimulated, he would have meltdowns, which would often include physically abusing my siblings. He was also unemployed for a few years due to his symptoms, which caused enormous strain on my family. I have recently been diagnosed with autism myself, and I am coming to terms with a lot of internalized ableism because of how my father's symptoms have caused my family to suffer. I am wondering how to navigate these difficult feelings. Does anyone else have a parent with autism? What was your experience like?
