How to wake up normally?

...See more Hello everyone, I'm new on this website so i'm a bit shy and lost. I have been dealing with my depression for about 10 years and I want to try step by step to get over it because i'm just sick of it... Every morning I wake up with a knot in the stomach, i start to panic, sweat and breathe faster. Then when I calm down I just want to cry, all the negativity is coming and I'm to weak and tired to fight it... To explain quickly my situation, my father destroyed me mentally all my life : i hate myself, i've lost my confidence, my trust, the feeling of being secure and home.. The fact that I have been bullied helped being scared of people and even if i try my best to talk i did create a distance between my friends and me..And now being in a foreign country I have a fresh start in front of me but i'm unable to embrace it.. I'm building myself really slowly, step by step, that is why i'm asking today : How do you do to wake up normaly, positive and motivate to just embrace the day? I would really like to hear your advices, I really think I need help in all this and I don't know what to do.. Thank you for reading this post and sorry for the mistakes if I did some (I'm french). If you have any questions please ask I really want this situation to progress
