Hi! I’m a 26 year old guy from the Netherlands studying History at university. I love to be with my friends, to take a walk in nature and enjoy my surroundings, and a lot of other things.

I have been through a fair amount of blows in my life, have been diagnosed with ADHD at the start of 2020, but have the best time when I have some free time and picked the best study I could have picked as I love everything about it.

I am comfortable talking to you about ADHD, self-esteem, relationship stress, panic attacks, managing emotions, loneliness, getting unstuck, (social) anxiety, and student life. 

The thing I get most praise for from my friends is my ability to always be there for them if they need me. No matter how I feel, I get my biggest positive feelings when I feel I can be a help to someone who needs it.
