Hello!
I am here to be the listening ear that others need.
I have dealt with my own mental health issues in depression and anxiety since I was a child. Do to this I am very passionate and dedicated in offer all the help that I can to those in need of it. I know exactly just how important it can be to need someone to just listen to what you are going through, just have someone who not only listen but understand and that is what I am here to do.
Areas I can relate to and have the most experience with are:
Anxiety.
Autism.
ADHD.
SPD.
Depression.
Addiction/alcoholism support.
Parenting and family stress.a
But feel I am more than willing to talk and offer any help where I can. Do not be afraid to talk with me about anything! I am a listener with a very open mind. I'm a empath and I do my best to just open up to listen and understand. It is my goal to listen and help those in need. I look forward to hearing from you!
