About Me 

Hi there! I'm Em and I'd love to support you!

I have a cat that I really love and I am passionate about psychology and mental health, and am an advocate for raising awareness for such causes! I have completed A Levels in Psychology, English Literature and Health and Social Care. Also, I’m a Level 3 Qualified Early Years Practitioner working with children aged 6 months - 4 years! This may be helpful information if you are a parent as I do have an in depth understanding of child care.

I have experienced many things myself including:
OCD, anxiety, depression, self harm, breakups, bullying, eating disorders, family stress, grief, LGBTQ+, loneliness, relationship stress, self-esteem, sexual health, social anxiety and PTSD.

Heads up ~ I will not speak about sexual trauma & I don't like talking about derealisation or existential crisis'!

I'm a passionate and devoted listener and it's important to me to ensure you feel as supported as possible, and as happy as possible!
