There is no other option but to survive. We have to take care of ourselves. We have to learn to love ourselves. Nobody can care for us or love us. We have to be our own support system. We have to do it for ourselves. We have to learn ways to lessen our suffering.
Do more of what makes you feel better. Work toward your self-healing. Do it yourself.
