Hello, dear ones! I am so glad you found me on 7 Cups of Tea. For the last 10 years, I've volunteered as a trained active listener, utilizing my personal experience with depression, anxiety, bipolar, trauma, abuse, disability, and chronic pain to support people in need. I'm a lifelong social justice advocate and am a vocal supporter of the LGBT+ community. I hope to help anyone I can feel supported and less alone in their struggles. In my free time, I write poetry, read, hike, meditate, deepen my spiritual beliefs, listen to music, and watch movies.
