...See more I've been suffering from depression and anxiety for about 8 yrs. Everytime i take a step outside i immediately want to go back in because i feel my face is too big or someone is going to laugh the way i look. I dont like being around alot of people so i avoid clubs and group outings. Im somtimes afraid to lookin the mirror cause i might be a bit more uglier than i was yesterday. Sounds weird but its the truth. I avoid trying to meet new people and constantly think of how do they perceive me. Am i good enough to hold a conversation with or am i just some weirdo who never will fit in. I overthink alot about everything. Unnecessary thing such as how many carlories i ate or what clothes should i put on. I need help seriously.
