I have bipolar disorder and have spent many years trying to find the right medications and finally got on a cocktail that works for me. I have had intensive therapy to deal with past abuses and have learned to manage my emotions using the cognitive approach. I hope to be a beacon hope in showing that there is a light at the end of the tunnel.
