...See more Where to begin.. I don't really talk about this, but i feel like i need answers, because i'm at my breaking point.. Some info about me first: Im 16 in the present day. I'm adopted. Im chinese. My mom is thai, so she didn't really understand on how to raise a baby I guess. My Story: When I was about 7 or 8, my mom hit me. She struck me across the face. Doesn't sound that bad right? Until you add in a hanger. Yes, the one you use to hang clothes. Some will say, One little plastic hanger can't make that much pain, well it did. I showed up to my school the next day, with a long imprint of half a hanger shoved into my face, you could still see the redness from it. My teacher reported it. And child protective services took me away. Skip to present day, I still live with the same mother, i don't know how. Because CPS has been called on her 3 times now. And each time god progressively gotten, agressiver.. for years i kept it deep down, i didn't want to think about it, so i lived life in black and white. I cant even remember most of my childhood anymore.. My questions: How do I recover from this? - How do I recover from something so traumatic? - I fear her anger, that's how she controls me. I don't know what else to do. I've already surpassed the point in my life where I self harmed, and have had suicidal thoughts..
