...See more As I said in my introduction post, I've been observing my behavioral patterns and emotions and have been doing so for over a year. Recently I've gotten a hold of the 9 criteria of Borderline Personality Disorder and found that I met 7 of them. In order to be diagnosed with BPD one only has to meet 5 of the criteria, so I diagnosed myself with it because I don't have a therapist. I guess if I can get a hold of the techniques used in DBT then I won't need one, but then again I might need one anyway.
