Hi, my name is Tina and I’m 28 years old. I’m here to listen and support you. I have struggled with bipolar depression anxiety for over a decade. I am also familiar with the mental health community and believe that I can help direct you to good resources.
I am an artist and received my undergraduate education in the liberal arts. My biggest goal right now is to continue coping with my health issues and to get into social work school.
