Hello! I'm Caro, 21 years old and a university student aspiring to become a teacher. I'm specialised in narcissistic abuse and family stress, but I also like to support people struggling with anxiety, bullying, depression, panic attacks and stress at school.
Personally I enjoy playing music, writing poetry, sports and cooking.
I give my best to support everyone who suffers from narcissistic abuse, especially mother-daughter-abuse. Don't be scared if you have been abused and think your story sounds just ridiculous - I believe you everything. I had to go through an abusive relationship and I know the impact a relationship like this can have on you and your emotions.

Ich bin Caro, 21 Jahre alt und zurzeit Lehramtsstudentin. Ich habe selber Erfahrungen mit Depressionen, Schulstress, Panikattacken und Ängsten gemacht und mittlerweile Wege gefunden, mit diesen Problemen im Alltag zurechtzukommen. Besondere Erfahrungen habe ich auch im Bereich des emotionalen Missbrauchs, ins besondere im Bezug auf narzisstischen Missbrauch in der Familie.
