I Can't Fall Asleep

...See more So, I've found it hard to fall asleep sometimes during the night (such as right now currently) and it's been bothering me since. Medication or melatonin does not tend to work for me and this tends to leave me with very little sleep each night... Usually, it helps if I have someone comforting me until I fall asleep such as calming my nerves a little bit. Or usually I'll try self soothe myself to sleep. Does anyone feel this way? These don't always work but sometimes they do. All I'm asking for is maybe some advice and maybe someone that can comfort me sometimes to try to get me to sleep. Thanks for reading. 😄

...See more I feel like I am nervous all the time, regardless on what I try to do to stop it... Peer relationships at school and at home have been stressing me out and so have my schoolwork and chores. I have also have things happen to my family. My mom lost her job, my grandma is going to pass away, etc... I'm even just nervous trying to tell this to you right now, it's a little hard to breathe.

...See more Okay, so. I have been depressed and I have been super nervous all the time lately... Regardless on what I try to do to stop it, peer relationships at school and at home have been stressing me out and so have my schoolwork and chores. I have also have things happen to my family. My mom lost her job, my grandma is going to pass away, etc... I sometimes wish I could run away from my depression and my worries but it always seems to keep coming back for me... And I haven't told my parents because I do not think they care or they will just yell at me. I wish I had someone that gets me and wants to comfort me... Because rn times have been tough.
