...See more People self harm for a variety of reasons. I started to sh because I needed my pain to feel real. I’ve never been abused or severely bullied but when your parents go from “happy together” to fighting almost everyday you start to feel horrible. Waking up to their fighting and blaming yourself cuz well why would they have married if it wasn’t for you? I needed all the mental pain and sadness to feel real . When I learn that people would hurt themselves I was confused but on a particularly bad day I grabbed a pencil and began to scratch my arm, it felt good. So I snuck around, dull knives to my first blade my pain was finally real. And to this day whenever I’m sad or I’m mentally hurt I want to make it real.

...See more 11/13/23 7:43 am  yelling  No one likes to be yelled at. The anger that the person yelling at you has is scary especially when it’s from someone you trust. For me adults yelling is terrifying my brain doesn’t go in fight of flight but to freeze to not move to not make a sound to hope they stop. My parents fighting is to blame for that but I didn’t realize that it went to when to parents I’d people I know they will be yelling at someone and my brain  still freezes. It’s not fun to be stuck like that for a few minutes trying to get your body to move again when it’s just stuck in place. What I think is the weirdest this is if I need to walk I can but moving any other way that I don’t need to is hard. I hope one day my brain won’t be stuck in a panic every time someone yells. entry ends 7:50 am

...See more Scars (TW talks of scars and implied sh) (11/12/23 10:50am) When I was younger scars were cool and ***.  they always were on the strong characters and I wanted that. I thought scars were big red lines that were over peoples eyes ( the 2018 gacha gave me that idea). Now I look at the scars in my arm and legs and I now understand scars show that someone went through something and Has survived. Whenever I get hurt my brain wants to make sure it becomes a scar.I don’t hate the scars as they bring me comfort but sometimes I still think of that little girl who wanted them to feel powerful not to feel sane and their pain is real. ...See more 10/31/23 1:36am my mind  My mind is a void most of the time, thought I might see a thing or two it’s usually a pitch black void where the only people I can find is little me ( me from ages 2-10) and pain me ( me from 11-13). I don’t know why my brain made them up but little me is usually just kinda there and pain me is usually silently crying in the corner or talking about (TW) pain, sh, suicide, hate.(TW is done) other times I’m in what I call the field a open area of light brown talk grass surrounded on the sides with tall pine trees with a big oak/willow tree in the center of the field. I can usually came half blood and L’manburg somewhere in front of the tree ( most comfort characters are there too). It’s always sunset at the field. there are a lot of crows that are friendly and who I call raven a pale raven haired person in a pretty space kinda dress with super pretty raven wings. I think she is supposed to be me but magic and older ( I’d says she’s about 17/19). I usually go to the field looking like her. Pain me (she really needs a name) is usually siting at the tree look at the sun. I think the field is my brains safe spot. I like the field. Sometimes at the bass of the big tree I see a grave.( It’s my grave I know that) but only when it’s bad do I see it.  Entry one done (1:59 am)
