a bit about me? well my name is Jae and my pronouns are he/him

I also take casual chats if that’s what you prefer!

i help mostly with those suffering with sh (specifically sh urges and unsupportive peers) and lgbtq+ issues (specifically gender dysphoria and unsupportive peers). Those are the two things i have and still do struggle with the most being a trans guy myself.

I take chats on most things except sexual health or anything related to that and drug and alcohol addictions.

(You don’t have to leave a review or feedback but it really makes me smile reading it and also it’s good to know on what exactly i can improve on).

If you have a specific thing you want to talk about for a longer period of time or would like a long term friend who you can vent to please feel free to send me a quick message and we can schedule a time and will give me some time to research on certain subjects those i haven’t personally experience.

(let me know any triggers before the chat and i will definitely work around that to best support you).

My listening technique is to listen completely to what you say, i never interrupt i wait until i see you’re no longer typing to then start typing my own response, i read thoroughly to ensure i am fully aware of what is being said to avoid misunderstandings, then i will support you through words and reassure you i also tend to ask questions just to help the conversation flow and to try and focus on what i can help you with or to guide you into helping yourself- if you do not like my technique it’s completely fine to tell me or find a different listener that carries what you need in a listener.

Finally, i am going to say this straight on i know things may be difficult and you may be struggling but there is absolutely no need to be rude especially since this is me volunteering because i want to be there for you i don’t want abuse in return if there is something i say or do that you dislike you can let me know and we can work around that but if we can not or if you don’t let me know then if i cannot avoid that but you are welcome to request a different listener.
