Hello! I'm glad you've found me on 7 Cups of Tea. I'm a trained active listener and am a Certified Peer Specialist. I am passionate about helping people with anxiety, PTSD, trauma, bipolar, eating disorders, self-harm, suicide, loss, and much more. I enjoy roller derby and swing dancing. I have an Emotional Service Animal and he is my rock, pet therapy is the greatest! I'm currently in my undergrad for Social Work. I look forward to talking to you!
