**Listens to teens and adults** Sometimes life sucks, sometimes we feel alone, sometimes it seems as if there is no hope. I understand how it feels to think this way and I know what it is like to experience feelings of emptiness and no hope for the future. What always helps me whenever I feel down, is to reach out to others, to voice my feelings. And so I am here to offer my love and support.
