...See more Okay so not sure if I am doing this right or just over thinking is like I do always but my name is Tehya and I turned 21 two days ago! I suffer from depression and anxiety. I don't have money to go see a therapist after I seen 3 of them I think they are not worth it tbh but that is my opinion. So I am here to see if talking on here and making some friends will help. I don't have friends other then my bf and his friends. All I do is work clean the house and go to bed. I don't have time to do much. I do feel overwhelmed and maybe talking to anyone will help. :)

...See more My bf and I been fighting a lot about little things we get over the fight quickly but now I am in this funk if would say. I was happy and I don't feel that way anymore. I just moved out of my parents and in with him. So I don't have the money for a therapist and I was hoping talking to people would help. I am starting to hate who I am being..I don't have friends who I can talk too. I'm not close to anyone either. I pick my skin and my lip. I yell at my bf when he doesn't deserve to be yelled at. I don't want to be this person that I am not.
