Things to do to feel better

...See more I often have a cynical attitude when it comes to things I hear to do to feel better. There may be something to it, though. I have being going through a "low.". I vacuumed my car yesterday and did a simple watercolor painting. I also cut one of the dog's nails. I am sure that does not sound like a lot to some people but I sincerely felt peace. My mind was quiet and I felt peace. I already started feeling better when I vacuumed my car. The little accomplishments are not so little to a lot of us. Let's celebrate them! To get out of bed, shower, brush my teeth, and get dressed when I have nowhere to be is an accomplishment to me. Let's celebrate ourselves!
