Hello! I am a trained active listener wanting to help people facing struggles with symptoms of depression, anxiety, and other chronic conditions. I was diagnosed with depression 15 years ago and was recently diagnosed with anxiety, and have spent several years practicing coping mechanisms. I was also diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy at a very young age and a wheelchair is my constant companion. I have a passion for web and graphic design and am doing that if I am not here on 7cups!

Terri was a delight to talk to, they were insightful and helpful without seeming like they were telling you what to do, how to do it, or without sounding too impersonal. I would recommend for anyone who needs an articulate listener who can understand complex problems and who offers genuine empathy.
