Hi! My name is Monica and happy to support you through these times. Here are some facts about me!
I am finishing my B.A. in Psychology at UC Davis and am taking a gap year before going to graduate school to become a licensed counselor (LMHC).
I have personal experience with ADHD, addiction, Bipolar Disorder, and s*x work. My concentrations are work/school/life management, self-esteem, executive dysfunction, relationships, adult and adolescent ADHD, and life changes.
