I gladly listen to your problems and try to help as good as I can with an open ear, or eye in this case.
Don't hold anything back, emotions and feelings, all of them are a part of our life and should not be excluded or suppressed. I strongly believe that all feelings have their right to exist and are part of us as much as we are part of this world.
I went through a lot myself and had to find my way back alone until I realized that talking to someone, even if it's a stranger can make a really huge difference.
