Hello, you can call me Flutter...I'm the whimsical butterfly that just happened to land upon you, my little bud! I'm here to help you open forth and show the world your beautiful colors. I'm a real human being with my own depression and stresses, and I actually suffer from Asperger's syndrome. This can lead me to come off as a little cold, but trust me when I say, I'm a great listener. I will ask you a few set questions so I can gauge how serious the situation is and if you want me to talk to you...or just listen. I know there's lots of people who just...need someone to talk to.

If you're scared of the national helpline or talking to someone close to you, please come to me...I know how you feel. I also won't tell you to just 'try to be optimistic', because I know that you probably ARE TRYING. Being sad is normal though, and people should respect that rather than making you 'get over it'.

Breathe.
Open up.
Let the rain come down, because the rain is good for us.
It lets us appreciate the sun...it gives nutrients to our roots...
