Bio
I am a dedicated social work professional with experience in behavioral health, case management, youth services, corrections, and domestic violence advocacy. Currently, I am pursuing my Master of Social Work at Arizona State University, where I integrate my academic training with hands-on practice at Spectrum Healthcare.
In my work, I focus on providing trauma-informed, strengths-based, and culturally responsive support while coordinating a wide range of services, including housing, transportation, medical, and vocational resources. I take pride in being detail-oriented and ensuring compliance with all documentation and regulatory requirements, while also building strong, supportive relationships with clients and community partners.
I am passionate about advocacy and social justice, and I actively engage in projects that assess and improve cultural responsiveness in organizations. Looking ahead, I aspire to grow into leadership and program development, including building residential and group home programs, while also pursuing creative entrepreneurial ventures.
At my core, I am mission-driven, empathetic, and committed to making a meaningful difference in both individual lives and broader communities.
