I am here because I know what it is to carry childhood trauma. To survive things no child should ever have to endure. I know what CSA does to the mind, the body, and the sense of who you are.

I know the weight of secrets. The shame that is not yours but still sits heavy on your chest. The feeling of being broken, stuck, or afraid that no one will understand.

I also know that healing is possible. Not by erasing the past—but by finally being witnessed in it. By letting someone sit with you in the dark, without judgment, without pushing you to "move on."

I am not here to fix you. I am not here to label you. I am here to listen. To be a lighter darkness beside you.

You are not your trauma. You are not what they did to you. You are not alone.
