Welcome to 7 cups! I am happy to meet you. My name is Miss Knight. I am an East Coast native and now a resident of Los Angeles since 1996. I have had a flourishing career in performance art for 27 years. I am still a part time entertainer and I am now also involved in film production and post production tasks as well as graphic design. In addition to this, I am currently a full time student with a major in psychology. I have first hand experience with addiction, discrimination, self-esteem, negative self-talk, body dysmorphia, weight loss, weight gain, eating disorders, manipulation, sexism, racism, financial responsibility, marriage, divorce, dating, goal setting, communication, non-violent communication, meditation, yoga, breathe work, gratitude exercises, CBT, cognitive behavioral therapy, music therapy, self expression, gender identification, gender dysphoria, resisting peer pressure, achieving physical fitness health, sexual abuse, professional manipulation within the adult industry, as well as additional mental health disorders, and suicidal ideations and prevention. I like to practice daily gratitude exercises. I believe there is always light to be seen in the darkest places. I believe comfort can be found during the most traumatic and chaotic times. It happens when we help ourselves and each other. I am here to help.
