Hi, there are so many things I would like to put in here.. I beat my own depression after I started making a few conscious choices and now I want to pay it forward.. I have always lent my ears to anyone who needed them.. I have been a practioner of active listening all my life and strongly believe that all we need at times is just someone to hear us out..
