Bio

The week following the end of the holidays can go so many ways. A return to routines providing consistency and busyness missed during December and sometimes forced enthusiasm, a return to routines that may not be a positive but instead was a time of escape. For others it’s truly a time to fine center again, make decisions that are thoughtful and intentional.

The same holds for me, and I think that this year I’m a bit of all those experiences. If you’re experiencing any/all of those feelings I’m here to listen, to reflect and to prompt. Sending peace to all in 2026!

Taking this seriously and showing commitment, learning how to stop and be intentional with my questions, and pause for a hot second to figure out how to approach members who may not resonate as easily.
