Absolutely incredible listener. Responded right away, asked questions that got me to think about things in a new way, I felt they were very focused on me and what I was saying. Went above and beyond to help me feel better, even going so far as to do a voice recording of their response to what I had told them so I had the chance to hear an actual human voice with empathy for my situation. Hands down one of the best listeners I have ever had. Definitely recommend!
