Hello! It's a pleasure to meet you. You wanna know why? Because you matter. You matter to me and you matter a lot. My name is Jackie - I'm 18 and am beginning college for social work as I hope to become a children's therapist.

My desire to help people has been very strong and persistent since I was a young child. I've just always naturally understood others. Maybe because I've struggled too. Depression and anxiety ruled my entire life for years but when I was placed into secluded special ed, I learned a myriad of coping techniques.

I enjoy reading, writing, improving myself mentally and physically, as well as watching too much television and movies.
