I am a Law student, a biker ,a Provincial level wrestler and most importantly a practical type of person.I believe one of the bravest things you can do is begin to understand your own story.

I am here for YOU to listen and help YOU understand your story. Life is too short to surrender to bad relationships, hold grudges, let trauma control us or be anxious/angry all the time. I want you to be free of emotional pain, able to deal with life and to find meaning and purpose in everything.Even a tiny Bacteria germ has a purpose to live.

I have been through difficult times and they have made me strong enough. Let me extend my hand to You and together we can come out stronger than before.
