Hello, my name is Nicole, I am currently 17. I could consider my self going through some rough patches in life including anxiety, depression, losing love ones, self harm and breakups. Through my darkest times the volunteers on 7 Cups Of Tea have help me to get through those bad times, so I am here now feeling better, I'm to repay back the deed and help others that are seeking of emotional care and some one to listen. I may not be a qualified psychiatrist but I am surely willing to listen and give advice with genuine opinion. I would say I help best with teenagers hence I have experience being one myself.
