As a mother and wife I was born to be a listener. Leaving my Psychology degree behind I have embarked on a more down to Earth approach to help those around me. I'm spiritual, but not religious. I've been there and I've done that and came out on the other side. I listen without judgment and advise without expectations. We each walk our own path that has different stops, and I am there to help guide you through any stop that may seem heavy.
