I'm not a professional counsellor, but believe me I have experienced lows in my life till a point where I felt that everything is finished and that nothing would be ever right again. But neverthless, I try each and every day. To be honest I never have found a perfect solution to end my troubles, but I have found small little ways that help, and even those that don't. That makes me, what I am today, and I do not believe in giving up.
