Hello, thanks for choosing 7 Cups of Tea! 7Cups saved my life. The listeners here are amazing. Now it's my turn to try to help others.
My name is Angel and I'm 22 years old. I've been through a lot in my life. I've been depressed, suicidal, I've self harmed, starved myself, been abused-sexually, verbal and emotionally, been in abusive relationships, suffer from panic and anxiety attacks, etc.
There is nothing you can tell me that will be too much. I know that everyone handles things differently and each situation is different. I know that the way I handled my hard times may not be the best way to handle yours. We will work through that together and find a way for you. As long as it takes.
