Talking to her was like having a moment of clarity where suddenly, things started to make sense. The conflicts and problems started clearing up, and you started to understand that maybe things weren't as bad as you thought. Her words were simple, yet so effective. So heartfelt and supporting, yet they gave me a push in the right direction, a direction of action to help myself. At the end of the chat, not only did I feel better, but I felt I knew how to face and confront my problems; they weren't as huge and scary as they were before. She didn't give me the answers to solve my problems, she showed me how to use the keys to open the doors and solve them on my own. Thank you for everything Francesca.
