hey, im diagnosed with ADD and anxiety, I also have tics, sleep problems, intrusive thoughts/obsessions, rituals & routines, anger problems, self-harm behaviors, social.. lack of skills lol, problems with food and autistic tendencies/possible ASD, but don't worry bc im getting diagnosed or undiagnosed soon, so im not tryna self-diagnose. I take elvanse for my ADD and I take anti-depressants, and also some vitamins that are apparently alternative meds that might make ADD and I mean.. any disorder better. I joined this bc I really want to talk to someone and get help and tell someone all about my problems without worrying if im complaining too much or if im saying too much, and this is anonymous so, its great lol
