Hi, I’m Tiffany. I know what it’s like to feel weighed down by anxiety, depression, and life’s curveballs, and how much of a difference it can make when someone truly listens without judgment. I’ve spent years in therapy and self-work, not only to heal, but to better understand others and hold space for them. My goal here is simple: to be a caring, steady presence for anyone who needs to feel seen, valued, and a little less alone in the world.
