So incredibly helpful! The listener didn't push me towards what they believed to be correct, but rather nurtured the thought process that let me come to awareness of my own decisions. I also liked that they appreciated that the subject was very hard for me and allowed me to talk about other things as well rather than spending all the time focusing on the issue at hand. I truly learned so much and this allowed rapport to be built quicker than i've ever experienced in an actual therapy session. Truly amazing.
