...See more I have PTSD from the military and I live alone. I've been alone for the past year during Covid19. I thought I was doing OK, but the last to days have been hard. I started crying on the phone with one friend while describing how frightened I was all the time. Another friend said she wasn't getting the vaccine and I had a panic attack. I know someone who got blood clots around her heart from Covid19 and another person who died. My job in the military was organizing emergency response. I was medically retired with PTSD. Since the whole last year has been an emergency, it's super triggering. I decided I needed some kind of support where I could talk about all this after I started unloading on my friends. So, here I am.
